Laurelville branch is open!

The Laurelville branch is reopen as of Sunday, August 18th! 

While we are still under construction, we feel it is safe to reopen at this time! There will still be limited parking in the Laurelville Branch parking lot until the roofing construction is complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time as we update our facility to better serve our community! 

Laurelville Branch normal hours will resume Sunday, August 18, and are as follows; Sunday: 1-5PM, Monday-Friday: 9AM-5PM, Saturday: Closed.

Board of Trustees

The library is governed by a Board of Trustees which consists of seven members, three appointed by the Judge(s) of the court of common pleas for Hocking County and four appointed by the Hocking County Commissioners, for a term of seven years.  Monthly board meetings are typically the third Monday at 5:30 PM in Conference Room A.  Please see the board meeting calendar below for the scheduled meetings for the current year.

 

Children's Programs

The Logan-Hocking County Library offers a variety of children's programs such as: storytime for toddlers and preschoolers and a summer reading program for school age children.Check events callendar for specific dates and times.
