Starting the week of January 25th, the Main Library is changing the hours of operation in order to add one more late evening to the weekly schedule. New hours are: Monday-9:00 am - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 PM Sunday: 1:00 - 5:00 pm

Both branches are opening their buildings to the public on Tuesday, January 19th at 9 am. To protect library visitors and staff, it is required that you wear a mask that covers your nose, mouth, and chin at all times while in the library. If you cannot wear a mask, you can schedule a curbside appointment by calling 740-385-2348.

Currently our building is closed to the public, however curbside services are available 7 days a week and include checkouts, copies, faxing, printing and notarizing. All services must be scheduled via phone during the hours our phones are monitored. Click "Learn More" to see phone hours and how to reserve your materials online, 24/7.

Until further notice, the library building will be closed to the public and we will be offering our services via curbside.

Due to the rising cases of COVID-19, for the safety of library visitors and staff, we are closing the library building to the public effective Tuesday, December 1. Curbside service, which includes checking out materials, printing, copying and faxing will continue. Please watch our website and/or Facebook for the most recent information on library hours and services available.

Adhering to the guidance from the CDC, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Hocking County Health Department , the library is now requiring a mask or face shield be worn by all visitors 5 and older.

Current year Fifth graders who were unable to receive their Bookmobile Library card due to the early closure at the end of last school year can pick up their library card at the library.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our Virtual FaceBook Live Events of Storytime (Scheduled for Thurs. June 11 @ 10 am), Craft Together (Scheduled for Thurs. June 11 @ 3 PM, and Craft Together! Kids (Scheduled for Friday, June 12 @ 10 am) have been canceled. We will move all events scheduled for this week to next week.
